Lakeshore Marina was a perfect compliment to the experience my family and I had at the beautiful Lake Watauga. Ms. Wendy was a wonderful help and we will gladly be visiting at least once each Summer from now on!
Went out there with a friend. Beautiful day, on a 2 hr trip...beautiful.. Fun.. And the staff was great to us. I have plans of just going to create a new hobby..thanks, Lakeshore is the best so far in the East Tennessee area.
Great views. If you rent one of their cabins expect terrible parking and even thought they state that they are a smoke free resort it seemed everyone was fouling the air with their death sticks. Couldn't even sit on the deck and enjoy the views of the lake due to the rude smokers. Next time VRBOing just so we can breathe. Would rate higher if parking and no smoking policy was strictly enforced.
We go to Watagua Lake a lot of times on the weekend and just love how clean all the area are. Went to the marina to rent a pontoon boat for the last weekend of August. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The price was great as well. Can't wait to get the boat and have a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday, as this is what she wanted to do for her birthday.
Pontoon rental was super easy, very clean boat. Extremely attentive and helpful staff at launch dock.
